Natalia Pautova, founder of Nanny Best Match

A Note from the Founder

Good childcare begins with understanding each other.

After more than twelve years working as a nanny, I have seen how much the relationship between parents and their nanny shapes everyday life for everyone involved.

Experience and qualifications matter. So do shared expectations, respectful communication and an understanding of how a particular family lives.

I created Nanny Best Match to bring that perspective to nanny placement and practical support. I want families to feel confident in their childcare arrangements and nannies to feel valued for the experience, care and judgement they bring.

As both a nanny and a mother, I understand the responsibility of caring for a child and the trust involved in placing that care in someone else’s hands.

My aim is to help build stable, respectful relationships in which children feel secure and can thrive.
